Sold mine with 9000 miles on it in 2015 (2012 that I bought brand new) never had 1 issue. I changed the chain case every 1200 miles lubed and adjusted the track every other ride and adjusted the belt when needed. They are inexpensive on eBay, under $10 CAN for a pack of two. 410113604 was replaced with 515177672 ( click here ), but I don't know what relay is this new part#. I'm guessing someone dropped the ball and forgot to renew it, or it did get renewed and they forgot to upload the new security cert to the domain.
